Document package moves, namespace migrations, workspace publishing, registry pull request automation, and package migration support across add, outdated, and update. Update the CLI submodule with non-blocking SDK profile resolution and support for normal CMake discovery of system, local, custom-prefix, and legacy Vix installations.
Update modules/cli to include the SDK profile composition fix. Keep release branch metadata aligned for v2.7.8.
